The Mercer Lake women's 2V Sprints on April 18 and 19 belonged to Greenwich. The King's Crown women's 2V A Final a week later belonged to Row America Rye, who beat Greenwich by three seconds over 2,000 metres. The model has Greenwich at #2 and Row America Rye at #4.
That ordering is doing the work this site is meant to do. Greenwich has six rated races; their interval (1757 to 2145) reflects a season's body of evidence rather than a single weekend. Row America Rye has five and an interval (1671 to 2062) that runs more than 100 points wider. Their King's Crown win narrowed it. It has not yet flipped the order. By June the question of whether it should have will be settled on the water.
Above both of them, Winter Park sit at the top of the women's 2V8+ rankings as decisively as they do in the V8 — five clean wins inside FSRA this spring, an interval narrower than anyone below them. The pattern that holds in the FSRA varsity field holds in the second eights too.

The list
1. Winter Park
Five rated 2V wins in five outings this spring, including the FSRA Sweep women's 2V A Final on April 26 (5:13.07). Winter Park's V8 and 2V are both the model's top-rated entries in their boat class — a level of cross-boat dominance no other programme on this list can claim. The interval (1830 to 2160) is the narrowest at the top of any 2V boat class.
2. Greenwich
Greenwich won both days of the Mercer Lake women's 2V Sprints (6:50.1 on April 19, ahead of Row America Rye and D.C. National), then lost the King's Crown A Final to Row America Rye by three seconds. The interval (1757 to 2145) is wide because the field strength varies week-to-week; the rating is high because the wins outweigh the loss on margin. Greenwich are the only programme with a top-three rating in both the men's and women's 2V8+ on this site.
3. Atlanta Junior
Atlanta Junior took the Dogwood Juniors women's 2V Grand Final on April 26 (7:09.0), 2.6 seconds clear of St. Andrews RC. Their 2V profile is the cleanest in the Southeast — five rated races, all near the top of the regional field.
4. Row America Rye
The King's Crown women's 2V A Final on April 26 (7:02.4) is the marquee 2V result of the spring on this list. Row America Rye beat Greenwich by three seconds and Chicago by 25, the second-best 2V time the model has scored this season after Winter Park's. The interval (1671 to 2062) is wide; another A Final at the SRAA closes it.
5. Jackson-Reed
The strongest WMIRA / DC public school programme in the boat class. Jackson-Reed won the Noxontown women's 2V Final A on April 25 (5:31.4) and the TBC Hustle women's 2V Final A on April 11 (5:14.81). Six rated races, an interval (1703 to 1996) on the tighter side of the boat class — the model has them figured out within the league.
6. Orlando Area Rowing Society
OARS finished third in the FSRA Sweep women's 2V A Final on April 26 — three places behind Winter Park inside the same league, six points back from Jackson-Reed on the public table. They are the model's second-strongest FSRA 2V entry and a real test for the Florida favourites at SRAA.
7. St. Andrews RC
Tighter interval, narrower margin of error. St. Andrews RC took silver behind Atlanta Junior at the Dogwood Juniors women's 2V on April 26. Six rated races, the tightest interval in the top seven (227 points top-to-bottom), and the most steady week-to-week shape in the boat class.
8. D.C. National
The widest interval in the top ten — 1582 to 1920, a 338-point span. D.C. National won the Cooper Cup women's 2V on April 26 and ran second to Greenwich at Mercer Lake the week before. Four rated races. The model has them eighth and is reserving room to move them.
9 & 10. Marin and Newport
The Southwest's two strongest 2V programmes round out the list. Marin and Newport sit one point apart on the rating with similarly shaped intervals, and have not yet raced any of the crews ranked above them. The model places them tenth and ninth respectively on league prior and intra-Southwest results.
What's missing
Chicago and Sarasota sit just outside the top ten today. The boat class is — as in the men's 2V — the place where the model is least sure: most crews on this list have four to seven rated races, and the intervals show it. The SRAA Nationals, Stotesbury, and Henley Women's Regatta all run 2V brackets, and each will narrow this list before June.
