Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account page at any time. You’ll keep access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my usage limits when I upgrade?

Your limits reset to the new tier immediately. If you’ve already used 3 free simulations and upgrade to JV, you get 25 total for the month.

Do rankings stay free?

Yes. Full rankings, filters and championship projections are free for everyone.

Do coaches pay?

No. A coach who manages a crew on RPI gets Varsity free for as long as they manage it, plus a link that gives the program's parents a season of JV. Claim your program→
